3jl6 complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act 9160) as amended, and with PAGCOR's AML guidelines. 3jl6 may report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and may freeze accounts pending AML investigation without prior notice to the Account Holder.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 3jl6's aggregate liability to any Account Holder for any claim arising from or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Account Holder in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
3jl6 shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits or anticipated winnings; (c) service interruptions caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, infrastructure failures, or cybersecurity incidents beyond 3jl6's reasonable control; (d) losses arising from your failure to maintain account security; or (e) decisions made by the Player based on information provided on the platform.
Nothing in this section limits 3jl6's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Philippine law.
3jl6 collects, processes, stores, and shares personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement and available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.
In summary: 3jl6 collects personal data necessary to operate a PAGCOR-compliant gaming platform, fulfil KYC obligations, process financial transactions, and provide customer support. Data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with regulatory bodies (including PAGCOR and AMLC) as required by Philippine law.
3jl6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Account Holders via the email address or mobile number registered on their account at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate implementation is required by law, PAGCOR directive, or for reasons of platform security.
Continued use of the 3jl6 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using 3jl6 and close your account before the effective date.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement that cannot be resolved through 3jl6's internal dispute resolution process (initiated by contacting 3jl6 support) shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, with venue in Metro Manila unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Players may also escalate unresolved disputes to PAGCOR through its official player complaint channels, as 3jl6 operates under PAGCOR jurisdiction and is subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution authority.
